By accessing and using Watermark & Resize Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our software.
2. 100% Client-Side Processing
Our utility processes all images entirely on your local machine using client-side JavaScript APIs. We do not transmit, upload, or save any of your media assets to external servers or cloud environments. You retain complete ownership and privacy of your images.
3. Use License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use this software for processing personal and commercial media. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any compiled source code associated with our software.
4. Lifetime Access ("Pro" Subscription)
A lifetime purchase grants you access to all Pro features available at the time of purchase and any future features added to that tier. This is a one-time charge with no recurring fees. Licenses are intended for individual use and may not be resold or shared.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Watermark & Resize Studio is provided "as is". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding its compatibility, uptime, or suitability for any specific workflows. We are not liable for any data loss, corrupt outputs, or software interruptions.
Your privacy is central to our mission. Because Watermark & Resize Studio is built on a local-first architecture, we treat your data with the highest standard of security.
1. Image Privacy Guarantee
We do not collect, view, store, or transmit your images. All resizing, canvas drawing, logo watermarking, and ZIP archives are processed locally within your browser context. Your photos never leave your device.
2. Local Storage Usage
We use browser-based Local Storage (`localStorage`) to remember your preferences. This includes:
- Your upgrade status (Pro vs. Free)
- Your custom watermark presets
- Your active license activation key
This data remains isolated inside your browser and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser cache.
3. Third-Party Payments
We use Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record to handle transactions and product licensing. When purchasing Pro, your billing details are securely collected and processed directly by Lemon Squeezy under their own secure privacy standards. We never store or receive your payment card numbers.
